Client Service Associate - ARLINGTON, VA
Job summary: As a Client Service Associate within the Administration Department, you are an advocate for advisors and the administration team. This includes assisting advisors with any meeting preparation, scheduling client meetings, speaking directly with clients to solve any issues, and assisting the advisors with adherence to compliance standards set forth by LPL.
Role and Responsibilities
Scheduling and prepping client meetings
Processing paperwork for new accounts and account service requests
Assist with administrative compliance related tasks such as check deposit recordkeeping, preparing Business Continuity Plans, and logging delivered prospectuses.
Attend weekly meetings with advisors to ensure proper communication and completion of tasks.
Facilitate any necessary advisor related paperwork related to licensing and appointment.
Monitor daily client related tasks and notifications.
Assist with branch brand awareness and continuity as needed.
Tasks as assigned relating to branch continuity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1 year of office experience
Minimum 1 year of customer service
Experience with Microsoft, Zoom, and CRM
Successful completion of LPL’s Office Essentials Program
Physical Requirements
30-40 hours a week of sitting
5-10 hours a week bending and standing
Occasionally lifting 5-40 lbs of office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
