David Alderson

A Pittsburgh native, David grew up in the Clairton area. He graduated from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA with a Liberal Art’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Business Management and Criminal Justice. Before joining YTS, David held positions with TIAA-CREF, Hefren-Tillotson, and Baird focusing on helping professionals in academic, medical, governmental, research, and cultural sectors achieve their financial and retirement objectives. David holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses with LPL Financial, along with insurance licenses essential for retirement and estate planning.

In his free time, David serves as the current president of the Pittsburgh Stock & Bond Association, where he leads efforts to provide networking and educational opportunities for members, support charitable initiatives, and advocate for investment professionals throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. David lives in Murrysville with his wife, Jacquie, and their daughter, Claire. David enjoys watching sports, golfing, running, and spending time with family and friends. He and Jacquie are enthusiastic supporters of the University of Pittsburgh athletics.
