Marli brings a diverse background to her role, having transitioned from a successful career in cardiac sonography. Her experience working closely with patients and healthcare teams helped shape her strengths in empathy, communication, and high-pressure coordination—qualities that translate seamlessly into her work in HR and event strategy.
With a passion for thoughtful event planning and organizational culture development, Marli is committed to enhancing the employee experience, elevating engagement opportunities, and strengthening the sense of community across the organization.
Marli lives in Murrysville with her fiancé, Mike, and their two children, Hayden and Elley. Outside of her career, she loves being outdoors, staying active, and making lasting memories with her family, especially through travel. Marli is also deeply passionate about volunteering and staying active in her church community, where she finds fulfillment in giving back and connecting with others.
