The ideal candidate for this position will be a hard working individual who wants to grow with this company. This position will report to the Vice President of Integration, who specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions. Minimal - moderate travel in and out of state is required as needed during new office development and to assist in training new staff from acquisitions. Travel needs will be planned as far in advance as possible; candidates considering this position should be able to adapt to schedule changes with a 1-week minimum notification. Accepted candidate will forego a 30-day training period before full benefits are effective; Posted salary is effective immediately upon date of hire. Tasks for this position will include:
· Scanning, emailing, faxing
· Data Entry
· Use of Microsoft Excel and Redtail CRM
· Providing training & resources to new employees from acquisitions
· Moderate-frequent travel to new office locations for development
· Close follow of M&A legal agreements
· Being a point of contact on M&A projects
· Tasks as assigned

Starting salary is $45,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience. Experience includes:
· Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
· Directly working in the financial services industry
· Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
· Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses

Bonus opportunities are available and dependent on involvement with transition projects, performance, and tenure. Bonuses are not capped and can start at $5,000 per year.
